IPF Productions invites you to “Rewind This! The Art of VHS” — an exhibit/fundraiser of home video-inspired artwork at Rio Rita Cafe.
Paintings, photography, apparel, illustrations, poster art, sculpture, and other original works of art will be on sale to the public throughout the month of February.
Contributing artists include: Jen Bryan, Anon Curley, Tim Doyle, Eduardo A. Garcia, Austin Hambrick, Crystal Hansen, Nick Hopkins, Cathie Horlick, Felice House, Tim Kerr, Erik Kinservik, Kayla Kromer, A. Litsa, Ashley Moreno, Meghan Murphy, Marc J Palm, Patrick Pendergast, Rob Rough, Tara Tomlinson & Stephanie Vanelli
The exhibit kicks off with an opening party on Friday, February 4th from 7PM – 10PM, featuring VCR deck mixing with VJ expert Joseph Howington, alongside DJ Topher; a VHS bed and a human dressed as a dancing tape; including ample opportunities to meet the artists and filmmakers. Anyone interested in supporting local art, business, and film is encouraged to attend.
All proceeds support travel and production expenses required to complete the VHS documentary, REWIND THIS!
